Therefore it is less costly and time-consuming to implement. The bottom-up strategy starts with the members of the community, including their interests and requirements. To guarantee the effectiveness of the suggested change in policy, a team comprised of local residents, employees, and support of a more significant body like the AHRQ is required. This strategy is more successful because it is community-oriented. The primary aim of the proposed policy change is to guarantee that all people in the community get better care.
