Alcohol damages human heart, liver, and lungs (infections like tuberculosis), negatively effects the brain, causes hallucinations, problems with coordination and speech, thins bones in the body and ruins skeleton system, negatively effects stomach, leads to sexual dysfunctions, infertility and birth dysfunctions, and finally, causes physical dependence. When people use alcohol for a long period of time, it puts their health at serious risk. Some people drink alcohol well and healthy, others overuse it, which can result in deadly accidents, alcohol abuse and alcoholism (Peele, 2010). Treatment can be very successful if a person understands his or her addictiveness. There can be used drugs, psychotherapy with a psychologist, or alcoholics anonymous (organizations where addicted people have conversation about alcohol and how it is effect o them).
