The patient has a past history of being a diabetic and therefore the presence of the wound in the foot could be translated as having diabetic foot ulcers. Overall, the patient’s condition is most likely to be type 2 diabetes with either one or more of the associated comorbidities such as heart diseases and foot ulcer.
