The staff of healthcare institute should demonstrate consistent performance in the current context with important contributions to the health of the population, a fact which distinguishes it as a promoter of human development, which produces not only healthcare but also values, qualities that go towards improving the health of people. HIV-infected patients are therefore required to receive medical care at any time, including the place of residenceir in the clinic.The patient should not be deprived of anything, here comes the role of community nurse. It is important to closely monitor how the patients develops with this infectious and life taking illness, eats, the condition of his skin. Research on HIV in the world has been numerous and prevalence studies are prominent in relation to the literature on HIV / AIDS.
