The liberals believe that the health care is also a basic human need. It is a fact that all people pursuit health insurance make the health insurance market prosperous. However, the health care insurance cannot to be just regarded commodity. Because it is a necessity for everyone, especially for those poor people who cannot afford normal health care fees.
