Answer the following reflection questions: (2-3 sentences per question)
- What are the implications of sleepiness or lack of sleep on your life?
- Lack of sleep has had a negative impact on my health. I work at night, and I’m concerned that my health may be negatively affected over time because of it. Despite the fact that I work nights, I get a good night’s sleep. However, I am concerned about the long-term effects.
- How does feeling tired or sleepy impact your productivity at work or interfere with school, family or exercise activities?
When I am exhausted, I am not very productive; I do n’t get nearly as much done as I should. When I procrastinate and put things off till the following day, my to-do list becomes larger and larger, and my workload becomes more overwhelming.
- What healthy actions could you take to alleviate sleepiness?
I’m aware that physical exercise may aid with sleep. For the days that I am not working, I look forward to being able to fit in some physical activity or workouts. As a night shift worker, it is very difficult to sleep during the day as it’s so light and noisy outdoors; nevertheless, I have blackout curtains that assist me in sleeping better Sleep Stress Log Analysis Paper.

I would categorize myself as a speed freak without a doubt. I am unquestionably a perfectionist, and I strive to achieve success in whatever I do because I always give 100% all the time.
Holmes-Rahe Score
Complete the adaptation of the Holmes-Rahe scale at http://www.actsweb.org/stress_test.php, and note your score. Then explain what your results mean and examples of implications they may have on your health. If you disagree with the evaluation provided by the instrument, explain why.
My final score was 229 points. I just lost my grandfather, which added a significant number of points to my total. Additionally, I have a number of health problems that have added to the stress in my life. The fact that they can be managed at the moment makes life easier for me; nevertheless, the stress they have created has been enormous. I have made significant advancements in my professional life, which I consider to be an amazing accomplishment. I finished nursing school and then enrolled in a BSN program a year later. Because I relocated to a different city, my living situation changed. Considering that I work a great deal of hours and that the care is always changing, it is no surprise that I am stressed out. Due to the fact that I work night shift, my sleep patterns are continuously changing, and when I am off, my sleep patterns return to their previous state. This continual fluctuation is difficult for me. I just began following the ketogenic diet, which has resulted in a shift in my eating patterns. To be conscious of what I am eating on a constant basis may be difficult Sleep Stress Log Analysis Paper.
